There’s clearly a connection between substance abuse and mental health disorders. In 2018, through the ACFF community sharing initiative, Chabad LifeLine will be the evening’s patron organization.
This program of short films includes Curfew, a short film OSCAR Winner and the Canadian Premiere of Reset, he heart-wrenching journey of addiction, recovery and identity through the eyes of an American teen. Director Arun Vir will attend the post-screening panel. A dessert gala will follow.
Tickets are $100 with the proceeds of the evening benefitting Chabad Lifeline.
Chabad Lifeline is a non-sectarian organization dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by addiction. They offer individual and group therapy for drugs and alcohol, sex, families, and codependency. (www.chabadlifeline.com)
